She added, “I am thankful that Rosé accepted my invitation to join us today, and I am grateful to Kim Geun-hee for supporting my efforts.” On that day, Rosé shared her feelings of vulnerability when receiving attention and criticism through her life on social media, according to the AP news.
Rosé said, “I feel like whatever I do is never enough. And no matter how hard I try, there will always be someone who has their own opinion or enjoys leading the narrative about me.” She added, “As much as it hurts, it’s important to talk about these things. Just as we eat for physical health and fitness, we need to pay attention to mental health as much or more to maintain it.”
Jill Biden added, “Too often we hide these (mental health) issues, keep them secret, and ignore them, but we can start healing by revealing them and talking about them honestly.”
