Two balloon-like structures were seen flying against the backdrop of the Burj Khalifa, which stands at a height of 2,717 feet.
Four people appeared to be pedaling, drawing attention. This was an event to promote ‘Dubai Ride’.
As it looked like real people were riding, questions arose whether real people were onboard when the video was released.

Dubai Ride was a festival held on November 12 and was part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge.
